About the OwnerCindi Witker Complete Professional Biography I have over 27 years experience in the medical field, mostly in management, advertising/marketing/PR, and physician referral/recruitment. I am on the advisory board for the Columbus Ohio Youth Symphony Orchestra, past Member of the Naples Florida Women's Club, past Public Relations Chairperson for the National Association of Women Business Owners, listed previously in Who's Who in American Business, and volunteer for WOSU television and radio, ASHA Ray of Hope, and Habitat for Humanity. I enjoy traveling, reading autobiographies, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, Florida sunshine, spending time with my daughters and their families, and being a grandmother. A Little HistoryOpened in June of 1999 as a full service agency to market medical practices, products and services and by the sixth month was profitable due to the combination of my medical background and advertising expertise. I have represented clients throughout the state of Ohio and Florida. Some of my specialty projects include physician recruitment and marketing for a company that makes the graft and system for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair (this includes promotion of a new procedure for AAA repair along with graft and the physicians who are credentialed to perform this surgery), physician to physician marketing, as well as marketing of a medication that has not yet obtained FDA approval, and consulting for medical franchises on a national level. In September of 2005 Creative Medical Marketing saw a need for medical media consulting with the goal of helping the media to better understand the unique advertising needs of the medical community and to serve as an expert counsel and liaison between the medical client and the media. Within six months CMM had media contracts with clients in Ohio, Indiana, and Iowa. I have been interviewed by national publications on the subject of medical marketing, have written and published medical marketing articles, and have been asked to present seminars specific to the medical community on medical marketing. Future projects include author and publication of a media and a physician specific medical marketing guide along with expansion of Creative Medical Marketing Media Consulting throughout the United States. |
